DECO-UNION is an adherence under-coat primer for mortar of concrete and plaster with a long time open application. Excellent penetration into supports allowing to work on it after 24 hours of application. Avoid the fast elimination of water from the mortars permitting a correct curing of the same and assuring a good adherence among coats.
